※Notes *The default time is set at 10 minutes after the scheduled start of the game. Any player who arrives more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the game. If you expect to be late, you must contact the organizer. If you are absent without prior notice, you may forfeit all subsequent games. *If you need to correct your requested byes after registration, you must contact the organizer by 8:00 PM the day before the event. No changes will be accepted after that time in principle. *Requested byes will be awarded 0.5 points for rounds 1 to 3, and 0 points for round 4 and beyond. Pairing-allocated bye will be one point regardless of the round. *Players who request byes for 3 or more rounds will not be eligible for prizes. *The pairings for the 1st Round will be done in order of the FIDE ratings, the National ratings, and the alphabetical order of the players. *Players need not record moves. *During the match, all electronic devices such as mobile phones must be turned off and stored away in a bag.
